AYURVEDIC THERAPIES Navarakhizi
A Highly effective rejuvenation technique using a special type of rice that is cooked tied into boluses and dipped into an herbal decoction and warm milk, then skillfully massaged simultaneously by four therapists all over the body for one hour after the Abhyanga. Hrid Basti
This procedure is applied over the heart for 20 minutes using warm medicated oils or herbal decoctions. Benefits Strengthening of the heart, Relieves deep seated anger and sadness, Cardio Myopathy.
Kati Basti
A classical Ayurvedic procedure to treat any types of back pains, as in Sciatica, lumbar spondylitis etc. This procedure is done by, making a circle of flour on the back in which medicated warm oil is poured, prior to which back massage is given. If required steam is given to that area.
Netra Basti
This is a procedure in which you can improvise your vision, get treated for diabetic retinopathy or rejuvenate your eyes. What we do is, we clean your eyes using special decoction recommended in ayurvedic classics followed by rose water. Herbal medicated ghee is poured in the circle made around eyes, which is kept for 10 – 15 mins.
Shiropichu
Medicated oil is applied to the head for 45 minutes in a special manner.

Pizhichil
A classical ayurvedic procedure in which body massage is followed by pouring of warm, medicated oil all over the body with simultaneous movements of hands to relax entire musculature of the body.
Karnapuran
A classical ayurvedic procedure recommended for ear disorders and also as seasonal rejuvenating procedure wherein warm medicated oils are administered in the ear for 10 – 15 minutes.
Chakra Basti
This basti is applied to the umbilical region. It acts on the solar plexus and balances the digestive fire.

Gandush – kaval
A classical ayurvedic procedure for diseases of the oral cavity in which oil/decoction is allowed to retain in mouth. This is also a rejuvenating procedure and gives strength to teeth and gums. Prevents decay of teeth.
Netra Dhara
It is a special cleansing technique of pouring of herbal decoctions in a stream over eyes for 15 – 20 minutes.
